Learner-Centered Innovation Book Study

In light of these unprecedented times, isolation and uncertainty can be challenging. I am eager to connect with educators and families to create a community to share ideas and resources. The goal of this book study is to spark ideas and discuss how we can meet the needs of learners given the variety of our remote circumstances. There are opportunities ahead to create new and better experiences now and as our schools reopen.

Here are a few steps to take before the book study begins:

  1. Sign up here bit.ly/LCIbookstudy to get updates. You will also receive the foreword by George Couros, the Intro (What if) and Chapter 1 to get you started if you don’t have the book already.
  2. The book study will begin on March 23 and rub. through April 13 with weekly prompts and opportunities to connect at your convenience.
  3. If you already have Learner-Centered Innovation, great! You do not have to have the book to participate but if you want to purchase it, you can find it on Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
  4. Please “like” the Learner-Centered Innovation Facebook Page. This is where I will share prompts for us to connect, share and create.
  5. Connect with me on Twitter  @KatieMartinEdu and Instagram @KatieMartinEdu
  6. Invite other friends or colleagues to join us!
  7. Stay tuned for emails and FB posts.

I look forward to learning with you over the next month.

Onward,

Katie
